Over the next year, Roku predicts that 100% of the streaming audience will see ads. For growth marketers in 2026, CTV will remain an important “safe space” as AI creates widespread disruption in the search and social channels. Plus, easier access to self-serve CTV ad buying tools and targeting options will lead to a surge in locally-targeted streaming campaigns.
Read our guide to find out why growth marketers should make sure CTV is part of their 2026 media mix.

I've been in this game for 2 around years now.
And the most valuable skill I've learned has nothing to do with content creation, email marketing, or funnel building.
It's the ability to think clearly when everyone else is chasing noise.
Most people treat online business like a game of more.
More content. More followers. More strategies. More tools.
They're constantly consuming. Constantly executing. Constantly moving.
But they're not thinking.
And that's the problem.
Building online isn't about doing more things.
It's about thinking clearly about the few things that actually matter.
But clear thinking requires something most people won't do:
Pausing.
Stopping the constant execution long enough to ask: Is this working? Does this make sense? Am I building toward something or just staying busy?
That's uncomfortable.
Because when you pause, you might realize you've been running in the wrong direction.
You might see that the strategy you've been grinding on for months isn't working.
You might have to admit you've been avoiding the hard decisions because staying busy feels productive.
Most people would rather keep moving than face that.
So they don't pause. They don't think. They just do.
And they wonder why nothing changes.
Here's what I've learned:
The people who break through aren't the ones doing the most.
They're the ones thinking the clearest.
They ask better questions. They see what's actually happening, not what they wish was happening. They make decisions based on reality, not hope.
Clear thinking beats hard work every time.
But nobody teaches you how to think clearly.
They teach you tactics. Strategies. Frameworks.
All useful. But useless if you can't think clearly about when and how to use them.
So here's the skill nobody talks about:
Learn to pause. Learn to ask why. Learn to see clearly.
That's what separates builders from busy people.
